Had a sampling of a few new items: spinach artichoke dip (no bread), Thai steak salad, & California chicken salad (tried to avoid non-paleo bits of the salads). I'm still not over my cold, but worked out in Tampa tonight. Time to get back on the horse

Day 17

1:30pm - lunch at Whole Foods, fish, steamed veggies, and dehydrated coconut flakes
5:00pm - grilled veggies
7:30pm - avgolemono soup

Sore throat today, so I've been using Cepacol lozenges to ease my discomfort. Definitely not paleo...

7:30pm - Asian chicken broth (homemade broth w/garlic, ginger, and scallions)

Coming down with a cold, so I've been consuming zinc chews all day. They're not paleo, but I'm hoping they'll help my cold not get too severe...even if it's only a placebo effect
