6:30am - black coffee
7:30am - larabar
12:30pm - burger w/sauteed onions & mushrooms
5:00pm - walnuts & macadamia nuts
8:30pm - guacamole, salmon, broccoli w/olive oil, and some unsweetened dried coconut
I'm still not over my cold, but worked out in Tampa tonight. Time to get back on the horse
