Day 18

10:00am - some macadamia nuts
10:45am - salmon, broccoli w/olive oil, & dried coconut
1:30pm - Larabar
3:45pm - macadamia nuts, tomato, and a very small burger

Went to bed for the night at 4:30pm...getting over my cold
