10:00am - salmon, 2 nectarines,
and some almond butter
1:00pm - ground beef, chicken, & broccoli w/olive oil
8:00pm - un-oaked wine & some tequila
9:30pm - dinner at Bonefish, ahi tuna, longfin tilapia w/crab & spinach, & asparagus. Tried not to cheat too much, but I definitely ate some butter & cheese at this meal
10:45pm - tequila, neat
