7:30pm - work dinner at Outback, we checked a new design and menu concept at one of the Tampa restaurants. Had a sampling of a few new items: spinach artichoke dip (no bread), Thai steak salad, & California chicken salad (tried to avoid non-paleo bits of the salads). Dinner was a ribeye, broccoli, and some sweet potato. Also had some tequila, neat.

FYI - I've been listening to Robb Wolf's podcasts and he says he doesn't have a problem with vinegar...so, I'm calling it paleo from now on

It didn't really work, Fleming's food is just too good - tequila, crab cakes, barbecued shrimp, beef on a stick, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, asparagus, strawberries, and blueberries
