5:00am - orange and a little dark chocolate (trying out eating fruit before a wod...the dark chocolate was more of an impulse thing)
8:30am - eggs & black coffee
12:30pm - lunch from Chipotle

5:30pm - dinner at Flemings (total cheat meal) - vodka martini, wedge salad (w/blue cheese), Riesling, ribeye w/crust (wouldn't normally get prime steak with a crust, but this is a new steak and I wanted to try it), asparagus, green beans and mushrooms, creme brûlée, some cheesecake, & decaf w/half & half - here are some pictures
