Day 50

10:00am - black coffee
12:15pm - lunch at Outback, ribeye w/broccoli
7:45pm - chicken, broccoli w/olive oil & lemon juice, almonds, and berries

  2. Thanks for the encouragement. I'm definitely not staying totally clean, but I'm trying to stay relatively low-carb with my cheats. I do want to make this a permanent change and am even thinking of continuing my food journal after the challenge is over...will you keep reading it?
