Day 59

8:30am - eggs w/tabasco sauce & black coffee
10:00am - tangerine
3:00pm - lunch at Whole Foods, blackened fish, some cooked carrots, and a small piece of plaintain (I checked the ingredients - no sugar)
3:30pm - fresh blueberries
7:30pm - work dinner at Outback, we checked a new design and menu concept at one of the Tampa restaurants. Had a sampling of a few new items: spinach artichoke dip (no bread), Thai steak salad, & California chicken salad (tried to avoid non-paleo bits of the salads). Dinner was a ribeye, broccoli, and some sweet potato. Also had some tequila, neat.
