Day 52

7:30am - almonds
12:00pm - lunch at Cafe Bistro, Nicoise Salad w/Salmon, kalamata olives, tomatoes, onion, eggs, capers, & Dijon balsamic vinaigrette (no added sugar)


FYI - I've been listening to Robb Wolf's podcasts and he says he doesn't have a problem with vinegar...so, I'm calling it paleo from now on

4:30pm - avocado
7:45pm - gingersnap Lara bar

Didn't mean to skip dinner. Went to Brennan's soccer game and it ran late. Now I'm too tired to mess with eating. Oh well...
