Day 1

8 am - Banana, scrambled eggs, walnuts - 1 piece of Trident White Spearmint gum
10 am - Earl Grey tea (plain)
12 pm - Avgolemeno soup (Homemade chicken stock, eggs, lemon) - 1 piece of Trident White Spearmint gum
3 pm - Orange Spice Herbal Tea (plain)
8:30 pm - Almond Butter
9:00 pm - Salmon & broccoli w/olive oil
