9:30am - dried unsweetened coconut
10:30am - macadamia nuts
1:00pm - work lunch at Roy's, kind of a challenge because their lunch menu is not really paleo friendly. I got a salad with shrimp & feta cheese w/lime caper vinaigrette on the side (dressing used sparingly, honey is one of the ingredients) & a 5oz filet mignon. Of course, my filet came out atop a mound of sticky mashed potatoes (not mentioned in the menu), so I had to scrape them off my steak.
3:30pm - fresh guacamole and an apple
9:30pm - salmon, broccoli w/olive oil, macadamia nuts
