7:00am - coffee w/heavy cream
11:00am - macadamia nuts
4:00pm - macadamia nuts and oranges
8:00pm - salmon, broccoli w/olive oil & lemon juice, strawberries and cherries
Not very good eating earlier in the day, I waited too long to eat lunch and then didn't want to have my chili at 4:00 since I was doing a wod at 5:30. I need to get better about not delaying meals too much.
