9:00am - Coffee w/heavy cream
12:30pm - Burger (no bun) w/mustard & broccoli w/olive oil & lemon juice
3:30pm - decaf w/heavy cream
8:00pm - dinner at my grandmother's - green beans and squash w/skorthalia (a Greek garlic sauce), salmon, and a little red wine
No time for a wod tonight - will try to do 2 tomorrow.
