9:30am - decaf w/heavy cream
11:00am - breakfast at Mel's - scrambled eggs w/ kielbasa, cheese, onions, sausage, & tomatoes
3:00pm - late lunch at Outback -grilled shrimp, wings, blue cheese wedge salad, sirloin, & broccoli
7:30pm - red wine & dark chocolate
9:00pm - coffee w/heavy cream

Friday, 4/16

7:30am - coffee w/heavy cream
12:00pm - 5:00pm - spent the afternoon at the Outback Pro-am golf tournament, we had passes to a tent w/free food and drinks so I cheated alot - beer, margarita, prime rib, chicken, roasted vegetables, Caesar salad, chicken Marsala, beef brasato, & ice cream

8:30am - coffee w/half&half - free from Starbucks with my reusable mug - they think I'm trying to save the planet, but really I'm just trying to save $ - the joke's on them, though, I never buy anything at Starbucks
12:30pm - chicken w/tomatoes, peppers, & onions, & macadamia nuts
6:30pm - decaf w/half & half - free from Starbucks - I'm milking it for all it's worth
8:15pm - salmon & broccoli w/olive oil & lemon juice
9:00pm - one piece of Dove dark chocolate

5:00am - black coffee
8:30am - coffee w/half & half
12:00pm - lunch at Outback - ribeye, broccoli, & sweet potato w/butter
7:00pm - dinner with mom at Fleming's - cocktail, bread w/butter, crab cake, bone-in ribeye, sauteed mushrooms, creamed spinach, and lemon gingersnap pie (we split everything so it's not quite as bad as it seems)

Tuesday, 4/13

7:30am - coffee w/heavy cream
9:45am - macadamia nuts
12:30pm - paleo chili & oranges
4:00pm - macadamia nuts
8:00pm - salmon, broccoli w/olive oil & lemon juice, & cherries

11:00am - macadamia nuts
4:00pm - macadamia nuts and oranges
8:00pm - salmon, broccoli w/olive oil & lemon juice, strawberries and cherries

Not very good eating earlier in the day, I waited too long to eat lunch and then didn't want to have my chili at 4:00 since I was doing a wod at 5:30. I need to get better about not delaying meals too much.

4:30pm - orange & red wine
6:00pm - tea w/heavy cream
8:30pm - wings w/celery & blue cheese dressing
