Day 34

8:30am - chicken w/olive oil & a few macadamia nuts
12:30pm - meatloaf and broccoli w/olive oil & lemon juice
3:00pm - an avocado & some berries
6:30pm - dinner at Outback, ribeye, broccoli, & a sweet potato


8:30pm - strawberries, rasberries, blueberries, and almonds

Day 33

8:00am - meatloaf and black coffee
12:30 - lunch at OceanPrime, NY strip w/sauteed mushrooms and asparagi...very yummy





6:00pm - cucumbers
7:00pm - some pork & almonds
9:15pm - dinner at Bonefish, ahi tuna - no sauce, & mussels Josephine













10:00 - a little tequila, neat

11:30am - chicken (cooked with onions, peppers, and tomatoes) and macadamia nuts

8:00pm - roasted pork & cucumbers

12:45pm - roast pork, pumpkin seeds, coconut water, and a piece of dried seaweed
4:15pm - macadamia nuts
8:45pm - broccoli w/olive oil (not very hungry for dinner)

9:15am - chicken and macadamia nuts
1:00pm - meatloaf & macadamia nuts
7:30pm - red snapper & whitefish (my grandmother made it so the preparation might not have been totally paleo), beets, broccoli w/olive oil, and some wine

7:00am - some steak, chicken, sauteed mushrooms, & macadamia nuts
1:00pm - meatloaf & macadamia nuts
8:00pm - dinner at parents , salad with balsamic vinaigrette (no sugar) & some feta cheese, roast chicken and a little wine
